Counselling is an opportunity to gain awareness about yourself, your relationships and your environment to be able to choose how you want to move forward. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to talk and explore what is impacting you.
I believe we are all unique in our journey through life so I am not here to tell you what to do but to work with you to find your way. It’s about making positive changes in your life and this will take time and investment from you.

I am an integrative counsellor so I use different models of counselling to support you individually. I have always worked in a supporting profession. Helping others to reach their full potential led me to train as a counsellor so I could do this safely and effectively. This has given me a wealth of experience to draw on when working alongside people from all walks of life.
I work with a wide variety of needs including anxiety, stress, anger, low mood, low self esteem and communication to name a few.
I am experienced at working with neurodiversity, knowing how to support someone who see the world differently whilst being able to see the person for who they are. It can be a confusing place but knowing who you are can help build confidence.

Our practice is located in North Bar House, a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of Banbury. Just a short walk from the town centre and accessible by car, bus, or train, North Bar House offers a calm, welcoming environment for your therapy sessions. The building features original details, including a charming patio with an old well — a quiet space that reflects the peaceful, grounding nature of our work. We also offer online sessions if you’re unable to attend in person or prefer remote support.
